With the help of discovery sprints and digital tools such as Conceptboard, a SharePoint-based repository and an AI chatbot operated by Siemens GPT, test reports, expert directories and synergies are now available across teams. This transformation has dismantled silos and boosted efficiency, aligning the network for future innovation.
