The Problem
Struggling to unlock truly disruptive ideas?
We will show you how to encourage and orchestrate the interplay of divergent and convergent thinking in both your team and your projects with concrete measures as a team lead.

The Solution
Leading 4 Creativity –
heading for success
Based on the levers and measures for creative practice that we provide you with, you will be able to design teamwork and collaboration in projects in ways that maximize creativity. You will get equipped with the toolset that you need to practice for the craftmanship of creative leadership and to ritualize creative behaviors in the people around you. Turn your visions into reality no matter your individual challenge, topic or target!
Creativity is a Skill – And you can learn it.
At its core, creativity is the interplay of divergence (generating many ideas) and convergence (refining them into actionable solutions). It’s about skillfully managing these two seemingly opposing ways of thinking, not just favoring one. This delicate balance is influenced by circumstances, resources, and desired novelty. Like mastering the violin, fostering creativity demands consistent practice and discipline to develop the intuitive sense needed for truly novel yet valuable output. Yet, investment in creativity often gets sidelined by more urgent tasks.

Let’s conquer the status quo together!
We can help you to generate truly radical impact.

The Approach
This is what you can expect.
How we encourage Creativity.
